are we aware of the time helix? we are now — Helixaeon's Time Helix (US patent 10,185,933) plots time-series events as a 3D helix, one revolution per cycle, so events at the same phase of the cycle line up radially across turns of the coil. we searched this network — the repo's own history, and the kindred sites in notes/00-vision.md — and found no prior art here; this looks like the first one in this network. it wasn't the first one, period: ngwnos/time-helix is an interactive fractal coil calendar in Three.js WebGPU, and it predates this page (h/t @forthrast.com for the correction). so: the timeline's events, replotted with one ring per UTC day and angle set by time of day. same data as the hourly bar chart, foregrounding the cycle instead of the sequence — hover a point for what it was. flat SVG, not 3D WebGPU — a homage, not a rebuild.
